3. Membership Conditions

You must be at least 18 years of age
You must hold a validly registered Dupoin trading account
You may not share, transfer, or sell access to your account
Access to premium content is contingent on the status of your Dupoin account

5. Limitation of Liability

WealthX Trading provides its services on an "As-Is" basis without any warranties
We are not liable for any trading losses resulting from following signals or recommendations on this platform
We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure
Our maximum liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 3 months

6. Termination of Service

WealthX Trading reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we find evidence of a breach of these terms, account sharing, unlawful use, or any actions that negatively impact the platform or other members.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Notice will be sent to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
